Do your used cars come with a warranty?
It depends on the car. Newer vehicles may still carry the manufacturer's warranty, and an extended warranty can be purchased separately.
Can I get a Carfax report on your cars?
Yes, our clients can get a vehicle history report.
What documents do I need to buy a used car in Florida?
If you are buying cash, you just need a valid driver license and money. If you need financing, we will send you the full list of required documents.
Are your used car prices negotiable?
Our prices are already low, but we are open to reasonable cash offers.
Can I reserve a used car with a deposit?
Yes, you can reserve a car with a deposit. Please note the deposit is not refundable because we hold the car for you, so make sure you are ready to buy before you send it.

For out-of-state customers, we send the title to you so you can register the car and pay taxes yourself in your own state.
Can I bring my own mechanic to inspect a car?

How does Car Superstore inspect its used cars?
We buy only Green Light cars at auction, and each car passes a post-sale inspection (PSI) after purchase. Once the car arrives at our lot, we do our own 120-point inspection to make sure it is ready for its new owner.
